Stop Putting Up Toll Gates to Your Customer Satisfaction Promise

Actually, I think we all have customer service that we are a large company or corporation had we met with business, and then we have a complaint, an issue, or even a simple question at the time have been underwhelmed we had to jump through hoops just to find out the answer, or took care of our problem.In short, they put the toll gates to the satisfaction of our customers, and they renege on its promise of customer service.

No, I'm not saying that small businesses do this intentionally, but it does happen.Nobody is saying but the customer, they agreed to deal with, and then to create a new rule that no one does them again.

However, more rules, regulations, and between you and your clients to put more restrictions should resist. After all happy customers refer new customers, and anger from any company doing business with your friends, family, coworkers, and associates are upset they are with avoiding.
